Return, Damage & Lost Item Policy – Style Cycle Clothing

At Style Cycle Clothing, we want you to love what you rent. If your item doesn’t meet your expectations, or just isn’t what you hoped for, you’re eligible for a free return—no questions asked—as long as the item hasn’t been worn or damaged. Just contact us within 24 hours of delivery to start the return process.

 

Minor Damages

If an item is returned with light wear (like makeup marks, missing buttons, or loose seams), we may charge a cleaning or repair fee of $5 to $20, based on the repair needed.

 

Major Damages

Items returned with serious damage (permanent stains, large tears, burns, or broken zippers) may result in a damage fee of up to 50% of the item’s value, depending on repairability.

 

Lost or Stolen Items

If a rented item is not returned, lost, or damaged beyond repair, you will be charged the full replacement value. Non-payment may result in a hold on your account or further collection steps.
